Dear Queosia player, <br/><br/>
To compensate for the huge protections the elf countries have in all areas of the game, the following changes have been made to the elf specialities today:<br/><br/>
- Harmful spells require more runes (+400% instead of the previous +100%)<br/>
- Harmful spells cause a +3% strength loss<br/>
- The -20% thievery effectiveness on harmful actions has been changed to -80%<br/><br/>
Effectiveness of non-harmful thievery actions (such as stealing gold, runes, scrolls) remain unchanged at -20%.<br/><br/>
Other specialities of the elf remain unchanged.
