Leveling down from 2/b to 5/something

Hi!

There is a little problem with leveling down from 2/b to the 5th level.
Even if you completed all the requirements, it won't work. So don't plan on it just right now. The problem will be fixed soon (early August). Sorry for the incoveniences.
