Strategy for warriors?

Hi,

Someone asked me to get the following buildings for a warrior country. But I feel it would get attacked a lot by thieves (and I'm getting attacked ). Can someone suggest a better building plan for a warrior country?

35-40% Barracks
10% Forts
10% Temples
10 Inns
10 Store
7 Smithy
5 Banks
Rest houses/farms


Also I heard there's a calculator for calculating the offense/defense of a country for the hungarian version. Is it available for Queosia also?
