I'm on 4 in queosia, and didn't restart before. But the 90 days limit has passed already.
But i stil can't restart.

Question to Ati:
If I'm in level 5 and 90 days have passed since the beginning, but I'm not able to level up, and since I'm in group 5 I can't restart either. I also can't access the zero-start button. What can I do to play this country again?

You need active VIP membership to use the zero-start option. If you do not have VIP membership, cannot level up, and the 90-day period is over, then you have lost the game. The only thing you can do is delete the country, and start a new one. |

Yes but I would like to keep my ID...
And I can't activate VIP membership, because I'm not able to 
You're not willing to ever activate sms vip membership as an opportunity for queosia? |
