The problem with the group is that there are ~54 countries in the group, and the top30% is taken by the first 2 clans. Normally the "others" would have two options for some success: trying to takeover the top, or to go down to 5th level. But neither is possible now, as the top clans are blocking the 30% (obviously), and the 90 days limit is far from enough for preparing against the top.
