Resources help !

How do i know how much of the resources like wood, stones, metal and gems i do have currently,in total ? there does not seem to have any marker for the same like the food and the runes ?

The "Council" menu gives you all sorts of valuable information, including the total amount of resources you have. The resources are at the top of the council page: you can see how much you have, how much free space you have in your stores, and how much your production is per round.
