Kövek miatti talpfájásra legjobb egy jó túracipő vagy túrabakancs De ha futni szeretnél akkot terepfutócipő is jó
És túrákhoz nem árt egy rendes térkép és tájoló, nem minden teljesítménytúrán egyértelmű az itiner... ha eltévedsz sok időt és mérgelődést spórólhatsz meg velük
