Why are the english forums so quite? Just like the Queosia forums.. Is there a Forum bully that scares everyone away

Is the english version dieing out? Maybe offer some more incentives on getting cheaper VIP like the offer you did awhile back with the paypal thingy..

Hell better yet offer free beer.. They will come
