What is going with science? I have 6,000 thievery scrolls and it says that I have +30% in thievery. BUT I have 11,000 scrolls in housing and it says that I have +30% capicity too.

Help manual says that I would have +50%. Is this machine broken??? My race is human, thanks for the answers...
