Soldiers
 

I have created like 3 rounds of soldiers now, about 350 - 400 at a time.

It takes 20 hours for them to show up. Along with my buildings.
I have 10 Barracks, which should each house 40 soldiers.
When I check back about 25 hours later.
All my soldiers are gone again, this has happened like 3 times now.
do soldiers normally just disappear after creation.

check priorities, barracks might be set low priority, so they are not working, and therefore trained soldiers are gone back to their original job... check also your events (your country/past events button), there is a short explanation linked at the event why they were gone.

and build more barracks, 20 is rather slight. if you would like a warrior type country, you have to build minimum 45-50% barracks of your country. 20 are only 10% at 200 acres.

and i think you have to check more than 1 time / 24-25 hours. ;)

generally it's right, build more barracks, and log in more frequently :)

anyway in queosia 5V as Ahmed is empty, and it is not easy to fill up barracks, so with 30% (plus forts) you are already in game. I have seen people with 800 archers and 800 elites in top30 (~350 acres) ;)
