Top 30
 

Hi all!

i have a question.As far as i remember there was some changes in the small amount of countries levels.One of them was The top 30% will be beginining @ the 2nd country .
Is this right ?!

Err, no.

The only change was that the top30% now INCLUDES the country that is at the exact 30% border.

Previously:
100 countries, top30% starts ticking when you are WITHIN the top30% border: if you are the 29th, the top30% ticks, if you are the 30th, the top30% does not tick.

Now:
100 countries, top30% starts ticking even when you are on the border of the 30% mark: if you are the 30th, the top30% time starts to increase.

This is not a recent change, this has been in the game for quite some time now.

So if i stock in a level where , for exemple 3 country are. I have no chance to get over it .Just if I`m the fist person .
But The problems in this case not the fight part of it ...
The problem is, If someone bring in his countries Above ,(as it`s happend many times in the anarch groups ..)Then in the next minute He put them back to vac.
But they stay in the score system until they not going back to deep vac....
In this case
1st I could not attack them,
2nd if some reason i`ve reach the 1st place i gonna be losing all my score in the top 30 .
So it is becoming a trap of 22. Isn`t it?
